Limiary is a dream journal application that allows users to record, organize, and analyze their dreams using AI. The service is provided as-is and may be updated or modified at any time.
3. User Accounts
• You may use Limiary as a guest without creating an account. Guest data is stored locally on your device only. • When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. • You must provide a valid email address to register. • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. User Content
• You retain ownership of all dream entries and content you create. • By using the AI analysis feature, you grant us a limited license to process your content via Google Gemini API solely for the purpose of providing analysis results. • You agree not to submit content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to: • Use the service for any unlawful purpose. • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data. • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code. • Use automated scripts to scrape or interact with the service. • Impersonate any person or entity.
6. AI Analysis Disclaimer
The AI-generated dream analysis is provided for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only. It does not constitute medical, psychological, or professional advice. Do not rely on dream analysis for health or safety decisions.
7. Availability & Changes
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any interruption or discontinuation of the service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Limiary and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
